BidRay is now DealDash: Since 2010

I get this a lot. Did Bidray.com closed? People who started at the peak of the penny auction scene and drifted off to ther things might be surprised to find out that the Penny bidding site they use to frequent is now gone. Well, not really. Unlike Bidazzled.com which totally disappeared into oblivion. Bidray.com actually morphed into DealDash.com

Yes and it happend two freakin years ago! WTF!? Bidray.com is now DealDash.com is old news! The rules have also changed as DealDash now has a buy-it-now feature in their penny auctions and an auction win limit to 2 items per calendar day, per user. In other words, PRObidders can only win twice in one day and not kill the fun for the penny auction newbies.

Ziinga is NOT a SCAM

Ziinga is not a scam, it is as legit as any penny auction site out there. So is Quibids.com and BidCactus.com.

So why are people crying foul?
Besides the sour losers who spent a fortune and didn't win anything from their auctions, there are also SPAMMERs who have nothing better to do but give penny auction sites a bad name. They are hired to ruin every reputable Penny Auction site out there by plastering SCAM all over the internet. Who hired them? Companies who are nothing but jealous of the success of Penny Auctions. Big Companies like eBay.com and Amazon.com come to mind. Why the hell would they bother to do that? Plain and simple... to drive traffic away from Penny Auction sites and have online shoppers flock back to their sites.

You don't believe me?

Try 'Googling' any Penny Auction site that ever existed in the Internet and the first thing you'll see is the word SCAM along with the site's name. How is that even possible? I don't think all Penny Auction sites are SCAMs, some companies are just out for blood over their profit losses.

If you don't like Penny Auctions in general and you really do believe they are out to SCAM you then don't sign up for an account. But mind you, there are people like me who do enjoy penny auctions. I've won a few prizes, nothing big, but that's not the point is it, just take everything at face value and just enjoy penny auctions for what they are.

Penny Auction Fridays

Hey yo good morning! Guess what? You made it to Friday, and the weekend is basically already here.

It's mad gaming Friday and I made it out alive of the slushpile at work. Now what should I do tonight? Of course, there's the clubs and the parties and all that. Then there's Halo at home, the penny auctions to beat online at Ziinga and that 'Walking Dead' marathon waiting for me on my TiVo. Glad to have no girlfriend! No one mouthing off, no one telling me to stop with my bids and no one nagging me to kill my game. But that's life yo! You deal with the cards you're given... and right now, the Gods of war are smiling down on me and giving me online swag :)

Oh yeah, I got all my gear at these penny bids sites- bidcactus, ziinga.com and quibids.com

The Joy of Bidding Online

When every bid feels like a gamble then you just have to stop yourself from going overboard. People bid to have fun with the possibility in mind that you can win that gadget du jour, but if you think you're bidding impulses are tide into this overwhelming urge to get high on a sudden win. Then you're headed for a major downfall and not an auction windfall. Bidding til you're broke is a habit that's just too excessive.

I cannot stress enough that I don't find online auctions or even penny auctions as gambling. They are far from being casino slot machines. Some people just don't know when to stop, same thing happens when they're out on retail therapy swiping their credit cards away til their maxed out. With shopping or anything involving money, you always gotta have a budget in place and a financial plan in mind. Same for doing the rounds with online auctions, you just gotta have a strategy in mind, you gotta bid at the best possible moment.
